The Process

Westport Print & Design goal is to keep the print process as simple and effective as possible, ensuring you receive the highest quality service throughout. Below we wanted to share with you our process to give you an idea the journey your print takes when placing an order. Should you have any questions about our process please feel free to get in touch, we’re always happy to go into more detail.



After you complete your order online, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provide.


Designer Review

Next step will be for your artwork to go through our artwork review process. They will make sure everything is up to scratch before we hit print. Should anything be wrong, we will get in touch directly.



Once our designers have taken a look at your artwork, we will get the print and finishing machines up and running to complete your order.


Quality Check

After the printers have completed your job, we will review the quality and finish before packing it up. And if we spot anything that isn’t up to the high standards we set ourselves, we will re print it straight away.


Ready to dispatch/collect

The next step is to securely pack it up and ship it to you, alternatively you can opt to collect from our studio in the heart of St Andrews, Fife.
